You must book and pay your guided-tour at least 20 days in advance. Otherwise, you will have to book a self-guided tour. 

Prices are packages including all tickets required for a visit : reservation fee, entrance tickets and guide. 

You can't indicate an option or pay a deposit to pre-reserve a date : guided-tours must be fully paid to be booked and confirmed.

Once you have paid your visit online, the chosen date and time can't be changed.

Groups must arrive around 15 minutes before the booked time to have enough time to meet the guide and organize themselves. 

The visit presents only either the musée (hôtel Biron)  or the garden, to fit the young age of the visitors, but after it ends the group can visit the rest of the musée on its own.

Guided-tours are non-exchangeable, non-refundable.
