You have two options:
- When purchasing your ticket online
- At the museum the day of your visit
▶ How do combined tickets work?
Combined tickets allow you to visit two museums without buying an additional ticket. They are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and include one-time entry to each of the two museums.

No, you don't need a reservation. Simply come to the entrance with your proof of eligibility.

▶ I have a Paris Museum Pass. Do I need to book a ticket?
No. With your Paris Museum Pass, you can go directly to the entrance with your pass.
▶ How can I visit on free Sundays?
Every first Sunday of the month from October to March, the museum is free for everyone. No reservation needed, just come to the entrance.

▶ How long is my ticket valid for?
Admission tickets and audio guides: valid for 1 year from the purchase date
Joint tickets: valid for 3 months from the purchase date
You don't need to pick a date: visit anytime during the validity period.▶ Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Yes, someone else can use your ticket if they meet the requirements for the rate you picked.

▶ Do I need to print my tickets?
No, you can show them right on your phone. Make sure your device is charged and your tickets are easy to find.
▶ Where can I find my tickets?
You'll receive them by email at the address you used when purchasing, right after you buy them. They're also in your online account. To access them: log in with your email address and password.

You may receive several emails:
- Account creation confirmation (if this is your first purchase)

▶ How do I get an invoice?
Log in to your online account using the email address used for your purchase. There, you'll find a detailed invoice including VAT with all legally required information.

The museum is closed every Monday and on certain holidays (January 1, May 1, and December 25).

Yes, the museum is accessible for people with reduced mobility (elevators and access ramps). For your comfort, wheelchairs and cane seats are available.

Yes, there is a coatroom for medium-sized bags.

Yes, the L'Augustine café-restaurant is in the sculpture garden and serves food Tuesday to Sunday. L'Augustine's hours match the garden's hours, which closes at 6:15 p.m. in summer and at nightfall in winter.
