At the heart of the masterpieces

You must book and pay your guided-tour at least 20 days in advance. If it is too late, you will have to book a self-guided tour (click here). 

Prices are packages which include all tickets required for a visit : reservation fee, entrance tickets, audiophones and guide. 

You can't indicate an option or pay a deposit to pre-reserve a date : guided-tours must be fully paid to be booked and confirmed.

Once you have paid your visit online, the chosen date and time can't be changed.

Guided-tours are also offered in Spanish, German, Italian ou Chinese (reservations can be made on request to the reservation office, by filling out the form here). 

Guided-tours are non-exchangeable, non-refundable.
