You must book and pay your guided-tour at least 20 days in advance. Otherwise, you will have to book a self-guided tour (click here). 

Prices are packages which include all tickets required for a visit : reservation fee, entrance tickets, audiophones and guide. 

You can't indicate an option or pay a deposit to pre-reserve a date : guided-tours must be fully paid to be booked and confirmed.

Once you have paid your visit online, the chosen date and time can't be changed.

Groups must arrive around 15 minutes before the booked time in order to meet the guide and be equipped.

If your group is made of students between 18 ans 25 years not living in the EU, adult prices must be applied to them. 

Guided-tours are non-exchangeable, non-refundable.
