GROUPS GUIDELINES
My group includes adults and children. How should I make a reservation?
For a group with 10 adults or more, the adult rate applies to the entire group. Online reservation is available for a maximum of 25 people HERE.
I want to book multiple reservations simultaneously, but I cannot access the payment. What should I do?
Our site does not allow confirming two reservations at the same time. Each reservation must be made separately:
- Add a reservation to your cart and choose day/time.
- Confirm payment and use “Continue Shopping” to book the next one.
Repeat as many times as necessary.
My institution can only pay by administrative order. How should I proceed?
Payments by administrative order are only possible if the payment can be made at least 20 days before the visit.
